By launching an&nbsp;<strong>Internal 5S Competition<\/strong>, the company has turned the disciplined art of lean manufacturing into a celebrated team achievement, ensuring that every dried fruit product is born from a world-class environment.<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The 5S Framework: Misota\u2019s Operational DNA<\/strong><br>To maintain its\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/misotagroup.com\/?p=594&amp;lang=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">HACCP and BRCGS certifications<\/a>, Misota utilizes the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/business.adobe.com\/blog\/basics\/the-5s-methodology-for-lean-manufacturing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">5S methodology<\/a>\u00a0to eliminate waste and optimize flow:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Sort (Seiri)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Set in Order (Seiton)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Shine (Seiso)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Standardize (Seiketsu)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sustain (Shitsuke)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Rather than focusing on a single deep clean, this competition ensures year-round consistency.
