From Battambang to London: Misota Proudly Represents Cambodian Excellence at IFE 2026

LONDON – The global food and beverage industry recently converged for the prestigious International Food & Drink Event (IFE) at ExCeL London. As a cornerstone of Food, Drink & Hospitality Week, IFE served as a vital global stage, attracting 25,000 trade visitors and 1,500 global suppliers from more than 100 countries.

For Misota, this event was a significant milestone. Representing the agricultural heartland of Battambang, Cambodia, we had the privilege of showcasing our commitment to quality, sustainability, and authentic flavor on the international stage.

A Global Platform for Innovation

IFE 2026 provided the perfect environment for us to connect retailers, wholesalers, and hospitality professionals. With major global chains and industry leaders in attendance, the event offered us a critical gateway to introduce our premium Cambodian products to the UK and European markets.

Showcasing Our Flagship Brands
At Booth N2130, we proudly presented the best of Cambodian food development. Our participation centered on our two flagship brands:

  • Brand Misota: We highlighted our high-quality tropical dried fruits and decadent treats, including our popular chocolate-coated mango, pineapple, and banana.
  • Brand Oja: We showcased our natural, organic selection, featuring our specialty Organic Roselle Tea and our signature Oja Natural Dried Mango.

Demonstrating Quality and Impact

Our presence at the event was more than just a showcase of products; it was a testament to our dedication to high-standard manufacturing and sustainable growth. Throughout the exhibition, we demonstrated:

  • Authentic Flavor: We brought the true tropical taste of Cambodia utilizing fresh, local pineapple and banana to a global audience.
  • Global Standards: We reinforced our commitment to quality by highlighting our strict adherence to international safety standards, including HACCP, Halal, Kosher, and BRCGS.
  • Social Impact: We shared our mission of empowering local Cambodian farmers, ensuring that the economic benefits of their harvest continue to foster growth within our local communities.

Looking Ahead
The connections made at IFE 2026 mark an exciting chapter for Misota. We were thrilled to receive such positive interest from international partners and are eager to explore the potential collaborations that will bring Cambodian flavors to new homes across the UK and Europe.

We thank everyone who stopped by Booth N2130 to experience the rich, natural sweetness of Cambodia. We look forward to continuing our mission of bringing the heart of Cambodia to the world.
