Collaborating on Khmer Ingredients and Japanese Traditional Techniques

Cordial meeting between Mr. TAN Michel, CEO of Misota and Mr. Toyoda Minoru, the 15th generation proprietor of Amekaze which is a Japanese family business established in Osaka since 1689. Actually, Amekaze is present in Cambodia using the Japanese traditional know-how to produce Koji and Miso with Cambodian organic rice which is known worldwide for good quality, Kampot salt and soybeans.
